To avoid your own discomfort, we recommend you to be careful at the time of delivery of your order, the status of your products and the packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, product broken, missing parts, etc. Returns of products that are sold through our company's website referred to in the following cases:
In case of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to the company or to suppliers, the customer will be entitled to reimbursement of the product within ten (10) days from receipt thereof. The product must be in perfect condition, never been used, the packaging is intact and includes the original content. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the company.
Also, the customer will be entitled to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons and to return the product within ten (10) days from receipt thereof, as defined in the Consumer Protection Act according to Greek Laws. The product must be in perfect condition, never been used, the packaging is undamaged (closed) and includes the original content. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
In the above cases, the customer will be liable for the loss or deterioration of the products to return them to the company. Consequently, we recommend returns be made either by registered letter of the HELLENIC POST or by using couriers services (courier).
